What have you regretted the most in your life?
it is important to note that some degree of regret is normal and can even be a valuable learning experience. The goal is not to completely eliminate regret, but rather to minimize it and learn from it

Same here. Most of my reasons for regret are part of a defense mechanism. I think we all have them, some more than others.
When I asked my old car sales manager I worked a short time for if he had regrets, he said he had none. Told him everyone does, but he insisted. Now that's a mark of a great salesman, hahaha 😂
