So many people dying before reaching "Average Life Expectancy"

How come I am still here?
Seems like I am entering the "At Risk" range - 60 to 70

For the first time in decades, the average life expectancy has gone down, partly because of covid, partly because of drug abuse, aka fentanyl and xylazine, etc.
