Got a some more crap news yesterday

No he went to prison because he was wild as all get out.
He had an issue with drinking and then driving and played the system for many years.
The way the law was, for a long time at least, if you defended yourself on your drinking and driving case
when you got the next one they couldn't hold it against you because you weren't properly represented.
He would still go to jail but they couldn't accumulate his offenses.
So he was a first offense drunk driver 15 times until a judge decided that was enough playing the system.
Gave him three years in a minimum security prison up north.
It did do him a world of good.
He got out and stopped drinking and drugs and got involved with the church real heavy.
I don't think he got faith from it as much as an outlet to focus all his energy.
He started spending way more time with his family.
Raised two great boys and sent them to collage and both were involved pretty heavy with the church as well.
Built them both nice cars.
He was a major car guy.
He really turned things around.
As extreme as it may sound he was still a great guy back then he just drank a lot and had some drug issues.

He moved about an hour away a few years back.
They really liked him.
He was real good with kids.

@Dainbramadge losing a dear friend must be hard. You just have to remember the good times and now celebrate their life and what they gave.

@DeluxedEdition He was such an important part of my life for so many years.
We didn't do very good at keeping in touch but when we did get in contact we would spend hours talking about everything.
