Why do some people take their personal frustrations out on people who work behind a counter?
There was a guy who was acting like a d#ckhead cause he couldn't use the self check out at the grocery store. And even admitted he had a fight with his missus who was waiting in the car for him.
He was calling the check out worker, slow and useless. That he had to get thru quickly or else his wife would hit him again and carrying on like a toddler.. It was 6pm and the shop was packed, the workers were swamped and they had to deal with this guy! And his shopping only came to $25. Which is bugger all in this economy...
