I didn’t think about that. I see strength in being vulnerable so I guess I was judging her as being weak for not being able to while she was seeing her self as strong and the criers as weak.

They have this false belief that crying is weak and a need to prove they're strong.
Maybe someone in their childhood made them feel that they're only lovable when strong.

agree with you crying is not wrong it is an emotional outlet to a situation or event and you should never be ashamed by this [reflective]

That’s unfortunate. I understand it though, I was the same way for most of my early life, at least until I was 25
