Why do some people brag about never crying?

A coworker told me that she’s only cried 3 times in her life. Shit I’ve cried more in the past week. Crying relieves so much

I didn’t think about that. I see strength in being vulnerable so I guess I was judging her as being weak for not being able to while she was seeing her self as strong and the criers as weak.
