Do you live in a neighbourhood filled with responsible cat owners who put bells on their overlords and let them out at night?

@cherokeepatti i spent a lot on them. dry and wet food. between 100-200 per month. most of the neutering was free but i always make donations and have to take off work

Nobody bells their cats around here. I wish they would. Could hear the bully cat before he got here and shoot him with a water cannon if they did.

@BlueGreenGrey There are two cats I have friended this way. I thought they were loved. Yet I have seen them come out of the Drain on the side of the road the last few weeks of late. Looking more dishevelled. I leave them food. But I cannot take em home, my dogs would not allow it.
