So, 🤓 I called them "all confused" to complain that I was paying for it to go to "Lawrence" but that wasn't ME! To CANCEL the Order! I had to tell him my "Real Address" (an office complex down the street from me) and then he wanted to verify the payment, but I told him to modify the Order First! That I wanted to Order the: Uniden R7 EXTREME LONG RANGE Laser/Bluetooth EARBUDS for Only $6.79 After him asking my Email Address, I made one up, which made him happy! Then we tried to Do a Remote Session on my computer, which I couldn't do for FIVE minutes because my NETFLIX Download was still running for 6 Seasons of "Zena Warrior Princess"!
TWENTY-THREE MINUTES LATER... Trying to do Remote Windows Commands on an Android Tablet he wanted me to Download tomy Phone the "AnyDesk" Remote Control App, but my ”5G” was acting up and My neighbor's WiFi was too slow and that My Cat Was On Fire! 🔥🙀
I get loads of these originating in America....never had a Walmart one but every Supermarket that exists in Britain....and how many £1000 Amazon giftcards have i won?
@Gusman To the best of knowledge None survive in Melbourne. But that have had 3 tries at launching. The latest attempt has "Starbucks" pods in Supermarkets.😷
Years ago I got a card in the mail, and it said I just won one of three prizes. All I had to do was send the 30 bucks to find out which of the three prizes I won.
After I stopped laughing, I called the number and asked what the 30 bucks was for.
He said that his records show that I had a pet, and asked me to confirm that. (what are the odds of someone having a pet?)
He then said that his company sold "designer" pet care products, and that he wanted to use my pet for his advertisement. He said that he couldn't legally use my pet in their commercial, unless I was a legitimate customer who bought their products. So in exchange for my $30.00, he'd send me the pet care products, along with my wonderful prize!
