Have you encountered trolls or pervs offline?

I once thought a salesman was giving me some kind of creepy sex talk. He was talking about male & female connecting parts in a computer hardware shop. I was buying a new lead. I didn't realise they actually were called that. 😂

I worked at this "junk mail" factory. Don't ask. lol. There was this one hispanic guy who for some reason was really into me. The way the place worked, there were usually teams of two on a machine. Somehow we kept getting put together. He would sing to me and keep checking that I was okay. With other people he would be mean. He'd run the machine and get them behind if he could. For me, he would randomly stop the machine to ensure I wasn't behind (even though I never was). I was 18. he was 36. He invited me to go to the strip clubs in NYC. Are you kidding me? To make it worse, my brother thought it was funny, so he egged it on. He didn't realize how bad it actually was until I told him, then my brother stopped egging it on. I eventually had to ask to not work with him. I was put on a machine with him after that, and threatened to just leave. lol. The guy was CrEEPy! The worst part was there were several hispanics there. They were all from El Salvador. Several of the guys would like me and talk about me. I have never been able to speak Spanish fluently... but... I was so thankful for the little I knew. I knew enough to know they were talking about me. So, I would tell them to knock it off. Scared them to death that I may have understood what they said. lol. There were a couple o f other incidents with a couple others from that group, but this guy Reuben who would sing to me was definitely the worst!

yes, when i was a telemarketer.. because of my voice, and the time of day some of the calls would take place, i'd get people who would sometimes get rolled back around to my "bucket" and they'd say things like "are you a phone sex worker? fuck you sound hot... i'll get you a plane ticket.. can i have your phone number?i'll fly you out here right fuckin now soundin like that girl" and this one guy, because i had placed the call originally, he would constantly only get through half the presentation, and say i needed to call him back, so it'd come back up in my next call bucket when i worked again just so he could talk to me

Yes quite a few times. When I was in my late teens I looked younger, had long hair, tanned skin from surfing, athletic body and didn't look particularly masculine, pretty naive and I guess you could say I was the emo of the early 90's and this seemed to attract the pedo's everywhere. If I had been hit on by girls as much as creepy old men I would have had a great time as a teen 😒

absolutely. the worst was this old guy at a place i worked from 19 to 22/23. his wife and granddaughter worked there too and he’d corner me and touch me up and say inappropriate stuff. an investigation ended up happening and he got fired. he denied it then admitted it all after his wife died of cancer

I answered a pay phone at a mall once, and the person was a perv. I've also gotten random texts from weird people.

Oh yeah! In my line of work as a nurse, I get to see all the lovely people of the world.
