A couple of things. First, I love the challenge of pushing myself! Second, I suffered from erectile dysfunction. One of the best ways to improve my plumbing is exercise--and last, i do yoga and stuff and want to look good doing it!! I even did naked yoga a year ago, and how i looked really mattered (that was one reason i did it naked--to force myself to stay in shape)

It's kind of a mind set. You just go, like you would go to work or the grocery store, etc.. and make it a habit. Once it becomes a habit, it gets easier. Plus when you see and feel those positive results!

i do my workouts at home while watching tv. This way i don't feel it's ''work'' I feel it's entertaining.

@thinkbigaboutlife Same. Plus the workout seems to goes by much faster that way.
@PrincessVelvet i totally agree. Plus when you do it at home, you can multitask (leg workout while standing up at the counter doing paperwork, or preparing food. Squats while taking out one piece of clothing at a time from the washing machine to dryer, etc.) It becomes a way of life instead of "reserving a block of time strictly for exercise''.
