How do you motivate yourself for gym?

Any tips?

i do my workouts at home while watching tv. This way i don't feel it's ''work'' I feel it's entertaining.
@thinkbigaboutlife Same. Plus the workout seems to goes by much faster that way.
@PrincessVelvet i totally agree. Plus when you do it at home, you can multitask (leg workout while standing up at the counter doing paperwork, or preparing food. Squats while taking out one piece of clothing at a time from the washing machine to dryer, etc.) It becomes a way of life instead of "reserving a block of time strictly for exercise''.
