How do you motivate yourself for gym?

Any tips?

It's kind of a mind set. You just go, like you would go to work or the grocery store, etc.. and make it a habit. Once it becomes a habit, it gets easier. Plus when you see and feel those positive results!

@Magenta Yeah, perhaps I should try treating it as work. I've always hated exercising, never got that positive kick at the end of the day, just endless pain and fatigue :D

I was thinking more, treat it as a place you need to go. 😊
Oh no, really? If you do enough cardio those feel good endorphins should flow. Maybe try walking/jogging outdoors instead?@OnixBre

@Magenta Well, most of people need to go to work :D Haha

Yeah, no matter what I did... I used to run outside, but I got heavily demotivated after absolutely no results in a month and a half, aside a hurting knee. And I was dying at the end of every exercise. So I figured, maybe it will work better in a gym...

Heheh, indeed. 😁
No results as in no weight loss or not feeling better?
The gym works better for me because somehow it helps to keep me disciplined. @OnixBre

@Magenta Anything. Not feeling better, no weight loss, no improvement in endurance. I'd literally get tired at the same exact point.

Aw that's too bad. I'm no expert, but I do know most of the weight loss will come from what you (don't) consume and what you eat when you do. The exercise helps though.@OnixBre
