It's a sad day for the New Yorkers that have common sense. Mamdani will bring NY to its knees buy cutting police forces and giving illegals freebies all bought with tax dollars. Like all socialist democrats, he wants control over all the aspects of all the people's lives. let's see how New Yorkers feel about their lives once Mamdani starts changing things. NY will be another third world city full of homelessness and crime much like Newsom's LA.

@gol979 Taxing the uber wealthy and using that revenue to provide goods and services to the masses is common sense.

The reason we have such a gap between rich and poor is insufficient tax revenue and wage desparity.
