Id say let nature take its course. Humans think we know everything. We dont.

@jehova Would you say the same thing if someone has a curved spine, crooked teeth, or vision that isn't what we call "perfect?" Let nature take its course? Speaking as someone who has had all of the above, including gender dysphoria, I completely disagree.

@SparkleLeaf i also have had all of those things and treatment has helped but religion and dogma dont help so id prefer let it be get medical treatment if needed

@jehova Based on your username I've been trying to decide whether to continue interacting with you. The answer was simpler than I was making it. I just need to tell you that I was a Witness and I disassociated. If you don't care about that, or just don't know what it means, that's great and here we go:
Not only does what you said here not answer the question, it doesn't really answer anything.
Even proceeding from the assumption (which you have not stated) that being trans isn't even a real thing: If Rick wants to wear girl clothes and go by she/her pronouns and the name Tammy, what possible harm could there be in his parents letting him do that? If later on Rick/Tammy wants to use hormone therapy to delay puberty, that is a matter among him, his parents, and the doctor. WTF business is it of the government to come in and say he can't do that?

@SparkleLeaf completely agree i do wonder about minimum age for such a decision. But isnt that where the parental part comes into play?
