Belt it with a wide black leather belt. Add a full length leather raincoat, knee high lacing army boots, retro...and add a couple of sheaths for your knives...😉

@HumanEarth Thank you for best comment. For the summer, use the same belt, but blouse the dress UP over the belt so that the dress comes to just below the knees. Knee high army boots. again, with laces up the front, and a bandana for your forehead.
