Should we cancel genders all together?

No Mr, Ms, etc. No, he,she,her,his. No male, female. No LGBTQ+. No woman, no man. No daughter, no son. Just child. No king no queen, just leader or ruler.
Call people just by their name, professional title or just say “a person”.
“I’m dating this person”
“I married this person”
