Biologically no they are not women.
By all means they can live as they please but, you cannot change their biological makeup. Oh and no gender reassignment doesn't count.

@Purplerain78 A lot of people make the same argument. They bring that up to discredit trans.
Usually when people have to dig for some little piece of dirt to discredit someone, it means they are threatened by it.
Women who are secure in their femininity tend to have no problem with trans. Women who are INsecure often do have problems with trans.
