When someone commits a heinous crime like a murder or rape,and is injured while being arrested and they get taken to the hospital.

Like that guy who shoot up that LGBT club in Colorado Springs and was hospitalized after. If it was up to me I wouldn't give them any kind of pain killer or numbing/anesthesia while they're being worked on. Why waste the money, time and the drugs to make them comfortable? Let them feel all the pain, they deserve it at that point.
