The term LGBTQIACAB combines the general queer identities acronym LGBTQIA and the slogan ACAB which means All Cops Are Bastards.
Queer people (as well as any minority) have been historically oppressed, abused and killed by the police.
The combined acronym serves as a slogan, often used in graffits, posters etc.

It’s my understanding that the continuous acronym is containing both sexual orientations and identities. It’s not meant to be said, that is why it’s often said or written as LGTBQ+. I believe what you listed is all correct. The i stands for intersex, and I’ve only seen the end as cap =Curious Asexual Pansexual.
