@silkydrawers with the addition of an 'A' I could've easily feminized my birth name. But I never liked the sound of the original, and despise the feminized version of it.

I chose Sarah because I like the sound, it feels right and because of a family ghost story. lol.

Could've easily feminized my birth middle name too, and while I like the name Michelle, well.... I don't want to be called Buffy.

You do you. @SarahAndSamantha when we did my name change I just let my parents decide, but it was still scary going into Family Court.

@Imsleepy I have one I've semi-used for years, But it never sounded quite right to me. It was based on my mother's name, since my original middle name was based on my father's. I like the idea of it, but not the sound.

I don't want to say it because I don't want to taint the fresh perspective.
