Why multiple accounts?

I’m getting slammed by someone I muted through his/her/their multiple SW accounts. Now I know one reason someone might have multiple accounts—stalking. Are there other reasons?

If you block & they make many accounts on the same IP Address, it's not possible for them to stalk.

@BiasForAction Yeah, particularly if they link the accounts, which technically you're supposed to when you have multiples, you can block all three by blocking one. And if they have more than three, that's not permitted.
