I got stalked yesterday after work!

So after work, I was going to my car and one of the employees kept staring at me. He kept following me around. I just ignored and walked out ASAP.
When I went to get gas, he was RIGHT THERE?! Ugh so annoying!!!! I told him why is he following me. He said he was getting gas and what’s wrong with a man getting gas in his car and I have an attitude.
He was stalking me again earlier this morning.
Why do women always get stalked? I wish I would stop.

You need to tell someone. Don't confront him again, because he might be dangerous. Sounds like he's got an attitude, IN ADDITION to being creepy.

You also want to photograph him with your cell phone, without being obvious, and take the cell photo to the police, and tell them this guy is following you.

IF you decide to report him to HR, an IF he is spoken to by HR or his job is endangered because of your report, and he is unstable, you may find yourself in real danger.

It is good you confronted him at the gas station. I definitely would speak with your boss and human resources
to at least have something on file about your feelings. Let the boss and human resources to investigate your fears further, it will definitely send the Leave me alone you creep message he did not get at the gas station.

Always document things like this for your own safety.

@PetiteJulie01 You better pray they agree with you.....and your report don't backfire......because if they don't........you are the one that will come off as the crazy troublemaker. And if you ever make a complaint like this again.......even if it's warranted......the first thing they'll think is YOU are the problem. If one of my employees files this kind of report I take it very seriously...........but if it's nothing then I start to wonder who this screwball will report to whom.......or sue.......next? On that day I start to look for a way to fire that person.
