There is all this evidence of trump's wrongdoings yet nothing ever seems to happen.

If trump really is wanting to jail his political opponents, isn't this guy just putting himself in the crosshairs just by wanting to file a suit?

@MarineBob It is kind of like when the adolescent kids think they are going to somehow punish their parents, clearly forgetting who the boss is.

I am no fan of trump but still, right now doesn't seem like the best time to test his patience.

I need to look at this further.

Is there some rule that says only journalists can make FOIA requests? I don't think so...anyone can come to my library and make an FOIA request. They can do it online too.

And we have to provide what they ask for.

So...yea...they shouldn't be denying his requests. Are they denying requests to journalists? Are journalists asking? They should be...

@JaggedLittlePill Apparently till journos start asking they won't hand over. In this case we have no idea I think if they have and the FBI & DOJ are stalling till Innaugration.

Right now all their heads under a sword of Damocles, cross the next president or the person who does is out on their ass.

It's partly also about indvidual job protection and not getting a too wrathful trumo who'll tear the organisation apart.

In that respect I see why, because the moment that report or request is approved there are a whole list of people who's names and signatures are on it. They become MAGA targets.

So...the self censorship despite the cost to democracy and truth.
