no some one must pay the bond never never will the ybe allowedto go to the bank nope not work like that wsorry there in jail until its paid in full or its jail time and court date

Move to one of them states that let crims out without bail ..
because it’s unfair that rich criminals can post bail while poor criminals can’t 😁

Probably depends on why they were arrested but more than likely someone else would have to act on their behalf.
