If someone is in police custody....

And they can be released by paying a fee... they have the funds but their account is blocked... Will they be allowed to go to the bank with a police escort to sort it out?

no some one must pay the bond never never will the ybe allowedto go to the bank nope not work like that wsorry there in jail until its paid in full or its jail time and court date
