All Americans should be armed These cowards would think twice about shooting anyone

@Tres13 Americans have more guns than any other country. So why are we more likely to have mass shootings? Even if they still happen, shouldn't we at least be less likely to have them?
Carazaa · F
@BohemianBabe Exactly!

@Vin53 I really don't care if a shooter wants to be shot himself or not! What I care about is that kids are not scared that they will be killed walking down the street or in their own school. It is our job to make sure that someone who does not want to die doesn't get shot. The shooters motives are secondary. Machine guns need to be outlawed! Why does Texas allow them?

What a tremendously stupid idea. The Uvalde shooter was surrounded by well-armed and trained firearms users, and it didn't accomplish a damn thing.
Moreover, you know how the right wing is always spouting off "you can't make me do this, you can't make me do that, because LiBuRtEe"? Well guess what, you can't force me to have a damn firearm either.

@SW-User Apparently not. The Uvalde police department appears to be completely incompetent and unwilling to protect the lives of innocent children. A teacher violated protocol and propped a locked door open so she could go get her phone and the schools SRO wasnt even in the building...all at the same time. The local police all stayed outside out of the fray while children were being shot. A guy (border patrol with swat training) drove an hour to get there, put on his equipment, walked in and shot the shooter in just a few minutes, by himself. The solution was in place, the people hired to carry it out were incompetent.

@TexChik I would agree with that the police were not doing their job protecting anyone at all that day, for some reason. I do believe police should use their weapons when someone is shooting, but I still don't think anyone else needs a gun, or at least they need to be highly regulated and registered. And no one with a criminal record or under 25 should have one.
