FBI Arrests 87-Year-Old Concentration Camp Survivor for Singing Hymns Outside Abortion Clinic Door – Could Face 11 Years in Federal Prison

11 pro-life activists were arrested this month for holding a prayer vigil and singing hymns at the door of the abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

The protest movement was posted on Facebook at the time months earlier.

87-year-old Eva Edl, is a German survivor of a communist prisoner-of-war concentration camp during World War II.

If convicted of the offenses, the seven conspiracy defendants each face up to a maximum of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release and fines of up to $350,000. The remaining five defendants face a year in prison, one year of supervised release and a fine of up to $10,000.

Eva Edl released a video in November 2018 describing her experience in a concentration camp and her opposition to abortion.

YouTube now has a warning posted on the video:

Life News reported:

The Biden administration has been under heavy criticism as Joe Biden’s Justice Department targets peaceful pro-life Americans for protesting abortions in such as a way that they blocked access to an abortion center.

The Justice Department has charged 11 more pro-life activists with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act for blocking the entrance of an abortion clinic in 2021. The 11 activists were charged with FACE Act violations stemming from their 2021 “blockade” of an abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

New information about one of the pro-life advocates arrested recently shows she is an 87-year-old woman who is a concentration camp survivor.

A federal indictment alleges that the pro-life defendants “engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the clinic from providing” and patients from receiving abortion services and violated the FACE Act by “using physical obstruction to intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient.”

Yet the event was mostly pro-life people staging a peaceful sit in along with signing and praying and it was so lawful and peaceful that local police let them go after minor misdemeanor charges. But if convicted on these federal charges from the Biden administration, Vaughn faces up to 11 years in prison, three years supervised release and fines of up to $350,000.

One of the pro-life advocates the FBI considers as a danger to the public is an elderly woman, Eva Edl, who is a German survivor of a communist prisoner-of-war concentration camp during World War II. After she escaped that horror, Edl dedicated her life to fighting for human rights for everyone — including people before birth

The devil is walking on the earth and he’s got a huge number of minions doing his bidding

@cherokeepatti Democrat Party is not even concealing its evil nature anymore.
Virgo79 · 61-69, M
I guess you have to loot kill and burn buildings to be a legal protester these days.
graphite · 61-69, M
@Virgo79 Or even declare part of a city to be its own independent nation, like what leftists did in Seattle. No insurrection here folks.
graphite · 61-69, M
Democrat Party is flat-out demonic. It MUST be defeated.
graphite · 61-69, M
While our cities have become war zones, our federal law enforcement agencies are out hunting 87-year-old pro-lifers and mythical "white supremacists." And Democrats want us to believe they are intellectually superior.🤮

Just let women mind THEIR body as its not anyone else's business... is it really that hard...

I dont care which administration...GET out of women's VJ my goodness...

@black4white Law enforcement when dad can't pay: "Throw that deadbeat into jail where he belongs!"
Law enforcement when mom ignores visitation orders for the dad to see his kids: zzzzzz

@black4white
why are we NOT giving the men vasectomies that cause the pregnancy?
Do you have a list of those men that will cause pregnancy?
Or, do you want to just do 'em all?
black4white · 56-60, M
@graphite @Budwick i honestly would rather have our law enforcement doing something besides chasing deadbeat dads... but maybe i am wrong.

Why not ask the mom when she is pregnant since we are talking about consenting adults... she should know... Soooo yeah..since we are going to abort this baby..mom we in your VJ ..and Dad we cutting your nuts. why is that so difficult?
rfatoday · 61-69, M
One would think it's a local law enforcement matter. Why the Feds? Interesting questions Congress might ask if a shift happens in November. Being cynical... so if these citizens did these horrific egregious actions (blocking entrance to abortion clinics and possible assault), why didn't the FBI also investigate real violence and mayhem that occurred in major cities? Those must have had instigators and donors funding the activity. I don't care what side one is on with respect to abortion... ALL citizens should be wary of a potentially heavy-handed federal government. All the liberals and progressives praising this keep in mind that it could be YOU in the cross-hairs of an alleged jack-booted thug federal force at some point. You might want to keep that in mind.

What's wrong with them?
They think looking like STASI is perfectly ok. 🙄

@Thinkerbell They ❤️ the Stasi. They pound their 1" wonder worm to their pics. Especially of the jackboots (then shine them with their paste)!
Who the fuck said in the last sentence that they are “ people”? Reminiscent of Brown shirts, SS, Gestapo, but not U.S. law enforcement at our Federal level.
Mind you I realize there are great, dedicated LE at the Federal level, but there are those higher up who do the bidding of the administration’s nazi like tactics.

"The indictment further alleges that on March 5, 2021, the 11 individuals, aided and abetted by one another, used force and physical obstruction to injure, intimidate and interfere with employees of the clinic and a patient who was seeking reproductive health services."

You just hate our system of justice in the USA.

Pleeease....the only pootie you've seem in years was at a strip club.

@Vin53 I figured that was the case. Protesting at an abortion clinic is one thing, but intimidating/ threatening clients and staff will get the police called. Not to mention the protesters being arrested for refusing to leave the property, which I bet several of them refused to leave.

This is lower than parachuting off a dime, and there's nothing lower than that. Except maybe Kamala Harris.

re: "medical services" Usually, medical services are about saving lives, not ending them.
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
By at the door, they mean blocking the door and cutting off access to these medical services. And acting against the law.

What happened to being the party of law and order? Does that only count when it's people you don't like breaking the law?
graphite · 61-69, M
@ViciDraco Meanwhile, charges are dropped against BLM and Antifa rioters, nothing at all happens to Hillary and Hunter, Supreme Court justices are intimidated in their own neighborhoods while the DoJ ignores specific laws against this. Pelosi makes millions through insider trading, no charges filed, no FBI raid. Equal application of the laws my a**.
