You can use Iran as a recent example, then model using our population and Iranian total murdered to form an estimate. Maybe you start with an amount of civilians you need to kill this year, and then ramp up to the next election. Think about it as the amount of killing you can tolerate in order to achieve what you need. How many murdered US civilians do you need so you can achieve your goal this year, and by Nov 2028?
