Trump was found responsible for sexual assault. Only because New York State has a very narrow definition of rape. It’s only that definition that keeps him from being called a rapist. As ABC found out.

@DocSavage The ONLY thing ABC left out of what they said is that Trump was found guilty of rape................ "per New York State statutes".

Since other states define rape differently......on a technicality........trump won a decision. But by NY State stantands....which ABC did not say verbatim.......... he raped her.

In NO case he's been tried for has he been found innocent.

@StygianKohlrabi Actually I do. No one is found guilty of freedom of speech. Only when they use that freedom to abuse or cause Harm to someone else. Like Guiliani,,,,and trump does. Then hell yeah.

@StygianKohlrabi Depends on the harm that "form of speech" causes. A jury decided that trump caused $89 million dollars worth of harm. And a jury thought Guiliani caused $147 million dollars worth of harm. In both cases what they said drew death threats to the people they were defaming.
