Judges and juries in NYC dealing with Trump; I guess you believe is not in anyway biased, tainted or a miscarriage of justice? If you do, you are naive.

@soar2newhighs Jesus Christ. If you're asserting that the judge is corrupt, you're going to have to come up with evidence for that assertion.

@DocSavage The ONLY thing ABC left out of what they said is that Trump was found guilty of rape................ "per New York State statutes".

Since other states define rape differently......on a technicality........trump won a decision. But by NY State stantands....which ABC did not say verbatim.......... he raped her.

@DocSavage The jury does a better job. ;-) They just ALWAYS...in EVERY trial he has EVER had.....agree mutually...100%.....that he's guilty. But thanks for the idea. ;-)

In NO case he's been tried for has he been found innocent.

Lie #1. He was going to cut the national debt....remember. But last week he and President Musk did their best to pressure Congress to RAISE the debt ceiling even if it meant shutting down the government. Lie #2...he said he would not lower grocery prices. He lied for 4 years how Biden raised ALL prices on EVERYTHING.....but last week he said he could not lower those prices because president don't control those prices. Lie #3......He said inflation would probably go up....not down.....because of his tariffs. So....higher inflation than under Biden. And Lie #4.......he said he would get rid of immigrants because they are taking your jobs.........but then he and Musk agreed to import LOTS OF IMMIGRANTS from India to take all of the highest paying tech jobs because Musk said "trump followers are too dumb to do those kinds of jobs".

And they haven't even taken office yet and so far about 1/3 of the lies he told suckers to get a vote he's already admitted was lies.

Name one thing Biden said he would...that he didn't.

@anythingoes477 defamation is a form of speech. the rulings shouldn't be disproportionate IMHO. but punishing Trump with fines isn't going to work against a billionaire

@pancakeslam Depends on the harm that "form of speech" causes. A jury decided that trump caused $89 million dollars worth of harm. And a jury thought Guiliani caused $147 million dollars worth of harm. In both cases what they said drew death threats to the people they were defaming.
