Appeals court upholds $5 million E. Jean Carroll verdict against Trump

@soar2newhighs Oh, sure. Let's examine the character of the person who was abused. Whom a judge and jury decided was believable. Never mind that Trump's everyday behavior throws up more red flags than a construction worker trying to get a blind man to stop at an intersection.

@soar2newhighs Oh, so Donald Trump sued somebody, so it must not be true. Okay. I didn't know that was our standard for the veracity of a claim now. Donald Trump sues somebody, it's automatically a lie. Got it.

Meanwhile, a JUDGE AND JURY gound that he was guilty.

@LordShadowfire It’s about the accusation of “rape”. In NY he did not fall under that definition and a journalist made the error of accusing Trump of that repeatedly using the term. And it was a costly blunder.

@soar2newhighs only because the definition in that state is too damn narrow. Any other state, he'd have been convicted of rape.

Judges and juries in NYC dealing with Trump; I guess you believe is not in anyway biased, tainted or a miscarriage of justice? If you do, you are naive.
