Some people are so quick to generalize and demonize police

but they think it's so simple. Yes there are bad police but you cannot make assumptions about all of them.

Not all cops are bad people but good intentions do not matter in a fucked up system.
Anyone who truly wants to help people should rather go and be a social worker.

They are wonderful here in Germany

@SW-User Here in Britain, the only time social workers are mentioned is when something goes tragically, like a parent killing their child either with violence or neglect. The cry goes out "Where were the social workers? What do we pay our taxes for?" They are one of those groups of people who when things go right, no one notices, because a case successfully sorted by social workers is not news.

Here in Britain they seem to relish a sense of power. They go for easy targets like single fathers but turn a blind eye and ignore reports of children in danger from their mothers.

@SW-User there are places in the US where people become social workers to break the system from the inside and they purposefully try to find reasons to get people they don't like kicked off of any benefits. But that is hopefully a minority
