Like - when no comparison is involved. ("I was like nineteen... " Only "like" nineteen? Strangely enough, everyone aged twenty and over was nineteen, and definitely so, not as if that age.)
Committed (as in "we are committed to [some action]" - my response being, "Right, when are you going to start doing it?")
Iconic - merely the critic's favourite, or gushing praise by commission, even if inversely proportional to objective quality.
Best [of] - by the user's judgement, but by what criteria?
Exciting - when used by property-developers. No it isn't. It's an ostentiously ugly, over-priced block of flats.
