why is it older people in the 70s (even earlier and later)
...looked older than us older people of today? mr roper was 52-55 on three's company and archie bunker was 46-54 on all in the family....i'm 55 and i look nowhere near that old.
Id say: sun exposure, diet and lifestyle ....and maybe stress.
Maybe also comfort.
Maybe also hardship or even attitude 🤷♀
I look around my lunchtable at work and muse about my coworkers....of all ages.
Some look younger, some way older....and i know about their lives. I can see the hardship lived in some faces, and conversely, the lives led with no catastrophes.
I can see denial, ignorance, laziness, yet also peace, learning and wisdom in their faces.
Some even have aged skin, yet youthful vibrance under it, while others have youthful skin smoothed over old curmudgedly attitudes .
