looking older and older way before your timedo you know anyone this has happened to? i'm in my late 40s now and think this has happened to me because of life stress, even though my elderly parents always tell me i look well for my age and don't look my age.

My mom always ...Told me people remembered the bad if we ever verbalized , journaled, or acted not wise. I am starting to think she is correct. RIP
