My spirit and mind isn't on the same page as my physical abilities anymore...lol! Oh shootfire... but I'm learning my limitations these days.

@samueltyler2 with it...huh ..thanks...trying to grow old gracefully....still this aging process is to be taken seriously...lol... I'm accepting, adjusting and adapting ...hey...I question myself ..out loud too..what the heck was I about to do..go after? 😊

@ShadowWorker yes, aging is not for the meek. I try to keep my weight under control, exercise every morning. I am told i still have a pretty good body😈.
