I like it that I am well read, have a great vocabulary, and can write and spell.

I'm honest, responsible, thoughtful, and sympathetic. I've always had a reputation for quality everywhere I've been, and because of that I've gotten every promotion I've applied for. I can pile up good job references whenever I need to. Even people with trust issues trust me because I don't have the wherewithal for BS.

I know I'm not flawless, but it's nice to know I have those traits in my corner because they'll get you by wherever you go.

My adaptability & versatility. I have survived living in rural conditions with no electricity, no indoor plumbing, and very poor. I have worked in corporate board rooms, lived in urban settings, with a comfortable income. And in both settings I have been able to live, work, and socialize with racially, ethnically, and economically diverse groups of people.

My sense of humor. Definitely.

I don’t take up much space.

I’m a good dad, with my kids always coming first. I’m logical, practical, and a pragmatic planner. I’m a decent manager who enjoys mentoring new leaders. I work hard, every day and am learning now to find time to relax and recharge. And I’m a decent cook, most days.
