Old age has me feeling so ugly

I started looking bad after my stroke at 45 . With some additional injuries around 50. I’m 53 now and even I wouldn’t look the same if I started going to the gym. I more less recovered from the stroke the doctor credited it to my age and the amount of strength and muscle that I had. My body gave it all it could leaving me weaker and smaller. I know that the stroke had taken a toll on my internal organs and it likely shed a couple of years off my life!
I am glad I have longer time with my boys than if I died!


The moral of the story be happy with the time the Lord gives you!

You have to love yourself more. When you love yourself more you will put more effort into your appearance and living healthy. You need motivation! When i see Angela Bassett, Ernie Hudson and people pushing 70 looking like they are 40 years old that motivates me. I watch the movie Taps just so i can see Sandman Sims tapdance and doing the split at 71 years old. All those men Sammy Davis, Steve Condos, Dick Anthony Williams etc...are all motivations for me

Ah im sure its not that bad but as long as we live we get older 😃☺

it takes a ton of effort to look good in middle age and it comes down mostly to paying attention to things like our diet
