Old age has me feeling so ugly

When I was young I looked much better now I look like crap. I've been going down ever since I hit mid 40s and now at 50 it's laughable. At least my hairline is still there that hasn't given out yet.

it takes a ton of effort to look good in middle age and it comes down mostly to paying attention to things like our diet

@StygianKohlrabi I think that is the only thing helping me. Being vegetarian that is for 20+ years. You're right though being middle aged is rough
