So the film says and there is truth in it
The wiegth of a chocolate bar
The weight of a humming bird
The weight of a few coins.

The movie was based on a faulty study done with only 7 subjects and faulty equipment. Three of the measurements were either over or under the stated 21 grams, and one showed no change.
