Lowering excitment for ones birthday is a normal thing.. I guess the only birthday after 21 that holds any excitment is ones 100th Birthday.. If indeed one makes it to that birthday.. Which is very rare..

Me..haven't since I was a kid..

I’m 35 I haven’t done much for my birthday anymore since I was in my 20’s

Next one is number 66. So not terribly exciting. When it comes to presents, well I have everything I need, the few things that I really want are out of range of anyone who might want to give me a present either financially or because of insurmountable distance.

But it's pleasant to be remembered by family and friends in a few birthday cards!

I think as you get older the only way to gain excitement for your birthday is to plan a trip, a concert or just a night out with friends. Birthdays don't bring the excitement they did in our youth but it doesn't mean we can't enjoy them. I personally dread my birthdays, but if I have something planned then that's a reason to celebrate.

Ever since i turned 50 there not fun anymore

I find it's a day that I get more easily disappointed on.

I wanted to Thank my Mom. But I always felt I was overstepping things. So I didn't say a word. I just found it confusing. Getting Birthday gifts, confused me with hearing guilt being said concerning who did all the work?

Well, except for the Sex, Drugs, Booze, and $200 🥩 Steak Dinners.

I haven’t for some time. My birthday happens during the holidays and I don’t even pay much attention to that anymore.

I still get excited about birthday cake 😁
