Who here doesn't get excited about their birthday anymore?

My birthday is 4 weeks, and I just realized that I haven't been excited about it since I turned 21 (2009). Maybe when I turn 35 in a couple of years, lol.

Lowering excitment for ones birthday is a normal thing.. I guess the only birthday after 21 that holds any excitment is ones 100th Birthday.. If indeed one makes it to that birthday.. Which is very rare..

@SubstantialKick Well my 50th birthday was pretty much the same as any other day..

I think a lot of people find the 40th birthday more significant.. But not for reasons of excitment.. Usually it is a birthday of regret.. A trigger for a mid life crisis..
