What kind of person only lives on their own posts?

@JimboSaturn you'd be surprised how many people are actually pretty boring if they have to talk about anybody but themselves. It's sad really.

@FreddieUK I think when it comes to @JimboSaturn post. When somebody doesn't interact with other's at all but only talks about themselves and only posts about themselves all the time then that would absolutely qualify as being completely self centered.

If you treat yourself like the main character and everybody else like some kind of an NPC then definitely some narcissism going on.

Some personality disorder definitely at play. Like histrionic personality disorder for instance.
