2 Bedroomed detached. Nice area. Bathroom upstairs. Pretty normal, really.

Friends come over and crash, either on the great big corner sofa thingy - can hold 2 people - or the double bed in the spare room.

Been here about 4 years now.

@FelicityDavenport You can also consider leveraging your equity to invest in another property. I don’t know of any other investment that provides more consistent gain over a decade in time.

I own my place free and clear. 3600 sq foot, easy freeway access, four bedrooms upstairs. Huge backyard. Been here more than twenty years. Just two of us live here.
