Yes. Never tastes like I get at restaurants. Luckily, there are at least three dozen good Chinese/Taiwanese/Hong Kong restaurants within half mile radius from where I live. And When I get tired of that, there are about as many Thai restaurants, and Vietnamese restaurants. Same with Indian, but I can't handle Indian hot spices.

I'd love to know how to make it - especially that sauce that it is in.

Yep but I sort of cheat. I prepare the chicken then stir fry that but then normally by a preprepared stir fry veg mix with beansprouts in and then mix that in before the noodles and sauces. Makes it a very quick dish to prep and cook
