What is one change you will make to your life this year?

@Jeephikelove I need to do the same. My hardest quit will be artificial creamer & coffee.

@Iwillwait took me awhile on that but with tea, switched to honey for over s year, now that’s cut out and I use skim milk.

@Jeephikelove I was tea n honey and then Aguava syrup to eliminate honey, but I made way back to coffee. Lol!

@Hanginginthere umm I think it is in the supermarkets... Which is why I don't buy organic from them. But farmers markets are legit and you get more for your money.
