I saw something new today.

I had to drive by the Mall and the Town Center. They are across the street from each other. The state had one of those portable highway signs out. It said watch your wallet. There are pick pockets and grifter's working the area. It is truly sad when we have to have signs like that. This use to be such a safe area. ☹

There's a lot of thieves in London where i live and work. Many of them go around on motorised scooters snatching phones, laptops, handbags and shopping.
