Question: I know that the SA became the IG after the heresy, but where do they stand in terms of skill? Are they 1-1 or is the SA a more powerful army?
@Longpatrol SA are individually better, in the way that 40k stormtroopers/scions are better than the average guardsman. But overall they'd be stronger since they tend to have integrated orbital/air and artillery support, and way bigger units
