I'm thinking of changing my diet ,again .....I eat healthy for the most part . However ,I don't think it's enough . I need to do more . I'm just trying to figure out what I'm going to do .
Chern, I read that you should think of it in terms of what you can have as opposed to what you can't have. If I can't have it, I want it more. So I can have this apple, as I walk past the chocolate cake that I CAN have, if I want to add 40 more mins of cardio to my workout. My brain isn't really fooled, it knows...
Eat celery sticks, carrot sticks, actual wooden sticks, acorns, granola, berries from a dodgy looking tree! I got celery and carrot sticks my last shopping, also salsa and ranch for dipping. Taking a stab at healthier snacking.

I can't fool myself . I'm too realistic with what I eat . I strive for moderation but even that isn't enough at times
im trying to be healthy myself, i might have thyroid issues that arent showing up on bloodwork so ive been taking kelp and its been helping me take some weight off
