Antibiotic allergic reactions

Well we are back at the ER. Joel had a severe reaction to the antibiotics he started to. It happened so fast, I have never been so scared in my life. I had to call 911 and they took him straight to the ER. He had no clue he was allergic to them. Honestly it's the first time he's been on them since he was a kid. They are going to keep him over night to make sure he's ok

I have MILD reactions to some antibiotics...my legs and arms break out in hives...but your son must have gone into anaphylactic shock!!! I am so, so sorry that happened to him! His doctors will have to pay attention very carefully from now on before they prescribe! I have a whole list of stuff I can't take.

@4meAndyou Joel is my partner not my son, but yes it happened so fast. The paramedics said if I would have waited a few more minutes he would of not made it

@Cigarguy101 It must have been terrifying for both of you. I hope he has an epi pen now.
