You seem proud to weigh under 40 kg. If you're not 145 cm or only slightly taller than that it's actually kinda "sick" to "brag" about your weight.

I don't run unless someone is chasing me, but I do go to the gym 3-5 times per week, and enjoy yoga in between. If I sweat, I sweat glitter. ✨

I play hockey 2x a week along. Between the game and all the training/conditioning that goes along with that.

It's so hard to gain tho with the metabolism, I want to give blood but can't due to being underweight & failing to bulk up any

I'm in the fast metabolism crew too 👍🏼 Ain't it wonderful! My regimen is Monday: kelttlercise x2, aquafit, Wednesday: kettlercise & Zumba. Thursday: Pilates & clubbercise. Weekends: whatever I can squeeze in. I love it !!

I go for a hour long run 3 times a week, some yoga and at home exercises from youtube videos.. I also walk a crap load

I wish I could go without it now. I always feel crappy if I don't do it now. it sucks but its also good especially when you see results.. making time for it can be difficult though
